WESTPOINT AUTOS BIGGEST EOFY SALE IS HERE!

1. Promoter

The promoter is Westpoint Autos Pty Ltd (ABN 21 860 305 056) of 440 Moggill Road, Indooroopilly. (“Westpoint Autos” or “Promoter”). The Promotion is conducted across the following participating dealerships: Westpoint Autos (all Brisbane and Beaudesert locations), Salters Cars and Whitsunday Autos. 2. Promotional Period

The “Biggest Ever EOFY Sale & Giveaway” (“Promotion”) commences on Friday, 19 May 2026 at 9:00 am AEST and concludes on Tuesday, 30 June 2026 at 5:00 pm AEST (“Promotional Period”), unless extended, suspended or withdrawn earlier in accordance with clause 16. The Final EOFY Bonus Draw and Major Prize Draw are conducted on 2 July 2026 as detailed in clause 8.

3. Regulatory Compliance

This Promotion is a game of chance (Category 4 promotional game) conducted in Queensland. No permit is required under Queensland law for this category of game of chance. The Promotion is conducted in compliance with the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld), the Australian Consumer Law and all applicable Queensland laws.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. The following persons are ineligible:

•       Employees of Westpoint Autos Pty Ltd, Salters Cars, Whitsunday Autos and all other dealerships within the Westpoint Autos dealer group;

•       Employees of any associated agency, promotional supplier or third-party prize supplier engaged in connection with this Promotion; and

•       Immediate family members of any of the above (spouse, de facto partner, parent, child or sibling).

5. How to Enter

Eligible persons who take delivery of a new, demonstrator or used vehicle from a participating dealership during the Promotional Period will automatically receive: (a) one (1) entry into the weekly draw corresponding to their vehicle delivery date (see draw schedule in clause 8); and (b) one (1) entry into the Major Prize Draw. Entry is based on the date of vehicle delivery, not the date of contract signing. Entry eligibility and qualifying purchase requirements are subject to confirmation by Westpoint Autos.

6. Prize Pool

The total prize pool is valued at up to AUD $90,000 and comprises:

•       Seven (7) weekly/draw prizes as detailed in clause 7 and the draw schedule in clause 8;

•       One (1) major prize vehicle valued at up to AUD $50,000 driveaway (inclusive of registration, CTP, stamp duty and dealer delivery); and

•       Whitsunday Autos exclusive prize: one (1) Origin Jersey available to eligible Whitsunday Autos entrants only.

Weekly draw prizes are not allocated per dealership and may be won by any eligible entrant across all participating dealerships, with the exception of the Whitsunday Autos Origin jersey, which is drawn exclusively from Whitsunday Autos entrants. Prize specifications are subject to availability. Westpoint Autos reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Prize Descriptions

The promotion includes a series of weekly giveaway prizes throughout the campaign period. During the Bonus Launch Week, one eligible winner will receive a “$2,000 Fuel & Lifestyle Package”, awarded in the form of a gift card or voucher as determined by Westpoint Autos. Weekly Draws 1 and 5 will each award two (2) Benzina Zero Electric Scooters valued at up to $5,250 plus on-road costs, with colour and specification subject to availability. Draw 2 will award a $2,000 gift card, with the retailer selected at the discretion of Westpoint Autos unless otherwise specified. Draw 3 includes a $2,000 travel voucher, subject to supplier booking conditions, availability and blackout periods. Draw 4 will award a $2,000 Harvey Norman Home Goods Voucher, subject to Harvey Norman’s applicable terms and conditions.

The Final EOFY Bonus Draw prize consists of one (1) $2,000 voucher selected by the winner from a range of available options, subject to availability. Voucher choices may include a Visa Gift Card, BCF voucher, JB Hi-Fi voucher, Harvey Norman voucher, fuel card, Coles/Myer gift card or restaurant voucher. The selected winner must nominate their preferred voucher within seven (7) days of being notified. If no selection is made within this timeframe, Westpoint Autos reserves the right to issue a Visa Gift Card to the value of $2,000.

The Major Prize consists of one (1) new vehicle valued at up to AUD $50,000 driveaway. The driveaway value includes registration, CTP insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery charges. Vehicle colour, model and specification are subject to availability at the time of prize allocation. The major prize vehicle may be exchanged for a cash alternative at the sole discretion of Westpoint Autos, with the cash alternative value to be confirmed at the time the winner is notified.

8. Draw Schedule

Each draw is open to eligible entrants whose vehicle was delivered within the corresponding delivery window below. All draws are conducted by random electronic selection.

 ORC = On-Road Costs. The Final EOFY Bonus Draw and Major Prize Draw are both conducted on Thursday, 2 July 2026. Winners are announced on Westpoint Autos’ social media channels following each draw.

All draws are conducted by a representative of Westpoint Marketing at 440 Moggill Road, Indooroopilly  during each draw date.

9. Winner Notification & Redraw

Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email using details provided at entry. Westpoint Autos will make at least three (3) contact attempts within 48 hours of each draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within 48 hours of the first contact attempt, a redraw will be conducted. 

10. Prize Conditions

•       All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as set out in clause 7.

•       Only the eligible entrant confirmed as the winner may receive the prize. Prizes cannot be awarded to a third party.

•       Travel vouchers and third-party prizes may be subject to supplier terms and conditions, blackout periods, validity periods and booking availability, which are beyond the control of Westpoint Autos.

•       Electric scooter prizes include on-road costs but exclude registration and any other statutory charges. Winners are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding scooter use.

•       Winners are responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of a prize and should seek independent financial advice if required.

11. Vehicle Pricing & Advertised Savings

Vehicle pricing and advertised savings are based on driveaway or drive-away comparable pricing and may vary by model, variant, colour and location. Advertised savings are calculated against the manufacturer’s recommended retail price (RRP) and are available on selected vehicles only while stocks last. All vehicles are subject to prior sale and availability. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

12. Finance Offers

Finance offers are available to approved applicants only and are subject to lender approval, individual eligibility criteria and the relevant lender’s terms and conditions. Finance offers are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless expressly stated.

13. General Entry Conditions

Westpoint Autos reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits a fraudulent entry, or acts contrary to these Terms & Conditions. Westpoint Autos accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, ineligible or misdirected entries.

14. Winner Publicity

Winners, by accepting their prize, agree that Westpoint Autos may publish their name and general suburb/state for the purpose of announcing the prize outcome on social media and other channels, without further compensation. Any further use of a winner’s name, likeness, image or testimonial for promotional purposes requires separate written consent. Winners may withhold or withdraw consent at any time by contacting marketing@westpointautos.com.au.

15. Privacy & Personal Information

Westpoint Autos collects personal information from entrants to conduct this Promotion, including administering entries, contacting winners and fulfilling prizes. By entering, you consent to Westpoint Autos collecting, using, storing and disclosing your personal information in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and Westpoint Autos’ Privacy Policy.

Your personal information may be disclosed to third-party prize suppliers (prize fulfilment), relevant regulatory authorities (as required by law), and service providers engaged to assist in conducting the Promotion. Westpoint Autos will not disclose your personal information for any other purpose without your consent.

Use of your personal information for marketing purposes is opt-in only. Please indicate your marketing consent separately at the point of entry. You may opt out at any time by contacting marketing@westpointautos.com.au or using the unsubscribe link in any electronic communication.All personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

16. Amendment, Suspension or Cancellation

Subject to applicable Queensland laws, Westpoint Autos reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this Promotion or these Terms & Conditions. Westpoint Autos will give reasonable notice where practicable.

17. Liability & Exclusions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Westpoint Autos and its directors, officers, employees and agents accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant or winner in connection with this Promotion or any prize, including loss caused by technical failures, events outside Westpoint Autos’ reasonable control, the acts or omissions of third-party prize suppliers, or the acceptance or use of any prize. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

18. Governing Law

This Promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
